ICE and a medical bracelet are good. However, you really need your RV information. Say your wife is out shopping and is in an accident. No one would know where you are. Or if you were both together - no one would know where the RV was.
Putting all the information in your glove box and on your person is ideal.
As full-timers everytime we moved we made the change on our form. We also gave our kids a 'loose' itinerary of our travels for the season so the police could hopefully track us down. Of course, there were always changes but the general direction stayed the same. This also gave our kids peach of mind that we could be found.
