Yeah, I read it the same way you did. Bringing 72hrs worth of food, prescriptions, changes of clothes, etc.? Have you ever been in a tornado? You don't get much time to decide to leave your trailer and make it to a safer place, like the concrete bathhouse. The 2 times that I have done it I had just about enough time to grab my purse and my children and GO.
