Keep the RV ready as a go-bag.
Have a good weather band radio in it and keep it tuned in as you take off - a bit earlier than everyone else to miss the traffic jams - and drive as much as possible at right angles to the tornado's path to a good camping spot miles away from the path. Have a getaway camping spot or two picked out ahead of time for just such an emergency.
Hunker down in the RV and wait out the storm at a distance.
