Does anyone have a copy of TSB 12-11-3 issued 11-12-2012. Supposed to say if you tow a Escape 4 wheels down and burn out a transmission you must have Ford install a cooling pump(Remco) for a cost of $...

Tow a 2009 Escape
Tell the service manager to show you a Ford issued TSB or warranty bulletin that states this. If he can't then the original warranty stands. If he balks call Ford Customer Service about the problem and the statement made by this service manager. This service manager is trying to generate service work at your expense, don't let him get away with it.
