Yes, I've been in campgrounds at times when they lost the water pressure, AND I've been where they lost the electricity. Neither one is a problem for me, in my motorhome.
X2 - We dry camp a lot and always start out with a full water tank. We were in a FHU campground in Bismark, ND a few years back when someone took out the water spigot when pulling out of their site. OK with us until the guy repairing the pipe dug up the power lines. We ran the generator for a few hours to keep cool. Gotta love being fully self contained in a motorhome.
