Happened where I'm parked the first time I was here this summer.. I never noticed, Turns out the power company had failed to provide power to the pump house across the river that feeds the park water. Yes, they had paid the electric bill. power company had a problem. Very common now days since the power companies went from proactive to reactive maintenance.
