Ever have this happen - Campground loses water?

Perhaps the water table has been dropping and the pump or even the well needs to be drilled deeper. The water demand in the area may be significantly up causing the drop in addition to perhaps some dry conditions. The source of the water may be confined, where it may take years to recharge as opposed to an unconfined source.
