If you where to add green slime stuff, then place the tire on it's side (I guess you know where the leak is) this might work and stop the leak if left leaking side down for a couple of days with about 20 PSI inside to push the green slime into the problem area.
The problem with the green slime is it will make a huge mess when you install a new tire on that rim. It is not a problem with bike tires, because after the green slime tires finally do not hold air, you replace the whole innertube anyway, so not much mess to clean up. Tubeless tires will have a huge mess waiting inside them once green slime is added. You can buy it in 32 ounce bottles for use in truck tires.
Chances are that even that will not hold very long, as the cracks in the sidewall are letting a lot of air out. Probably looking at a blowout soon. If you really don't want to buy a new tire, look for a used one with the same tread pattern and outside diameter.
The problem with my car - Ford Edge all wheel drive is the center differential has a auto lock system, and if smaller diameter tires are on the back, it will lock up thinking they are slipping, not just turning an extra 2 revolutions per minute compared to the other tires. So they recommended 4 new tires, so they all stay the same outside diameter. I have been buying used tires ever since I punctured a hole into the sidewall of the right front one. That was about 2008, and I have gone through about 7 used tires in that time (and around 40,000 miles).
So if the tire has a lot of wear on it, replace it with some used ones if you can find one, or go to a used tire dealer, they might give you a good trade in for all the tires on a new set.
Good luck!
Fred.
