Check your terms and conditions. If (deleted by Admin) sold you a legitimate service contract, there should be the name of the insurer and a way to contact the insurer or the Administrator directly for a refund. (deleted by Admin) is not an administrator or insurer, only the sales channel. Hopefully, they used a legitimate insurer and hopefully they paid the premium on your plan. If so, you should be able to go directly to the administrator or insurer for a refund. If you would like to fax or scan me a copy of your contract, I would be happy to help. Unfortunately these on-line scammers give the service contract industry a bad name when there are legitimate services out there. It pays to do your homework up front- verify that you are dealing with an insurance backed product, and know who is standing behind your warranty.
