When I say they try anything to avoid paying I mean just that.
The first claim I had was the engine had no oil pressure, The dealer said it was the main bearings, a Cummins with 123,000 miles. They denied paying because they said the injectors were leaking, I don't think so because:
1.It never smoked.
2. The oil level never went up between oil changes.
3. The truck pulled just fine, no misses or hesitation.
So that was $16,000 out of pocket.
This time the A/C quit working dealer said bad compressor, denied again because the seal on the compressor was bad and seals are not covered.
At least this time it was only $350.00 out of pocket.
In my opinion this company is nothing more than a crook with a web site and a group of agencies.
