What vascar is it takes a known distance say eighths of a mile or quarter mile or whatever .......they hit a button when you cross one reference points they hit another button when you come across the other reference

Yes, VASCAR is older than the hills, if I remember correctly it can be used from a moving cop car going the same direction or on an on comin car, was really stealth stuff in its day,
