Factory tow ratings apparently assume empty tow vehicle

It’s a 160” wheelbase 4 passenger 2 door Kenworth, 12K front 21K rear, parks in the same footprint a DRW pickup needs, turns tighter than my 350/3500 pickups. Weighs around 14-15k unladen.
