Does it roll up squarely on the tube when closing or does it want to walk towards one end of the tube? Look how one edge lays on the tube when rolled up. Is it stacked onto itself straight and neatly our is it moving towards our away from the tube end as it rolls up?
My guess is it's walking towards the end that has the tear. If so, the wall end wasn't installed square to the tube end.
