Price just dropped a bit. A person does not have to have Paramedic knowledge to use one these gizmos. If pulse, or O2 saturation suddenly deviates from normal. Call your doctor. If there is any chest, arm or neck pain, go to the ER post haste.
don't know why it matters much which side arm/finger is used. my nurses just use what is convenient. I guess one should be consistent however to tell variances if any over time. Upon reflection I guess I usually do my left arm so my right is available for the job of pushing the buttons. :)
