- sremsingExplorerOur favorite is our own home state of Arkansas, but my DW and myself also travel around a lot just to see the country. I guess a second best would be Cody, Wyoming.
- bukhrnExplorer IIINO cities, every State we've camped in.
- VeebyesExplorer IIWe have been in all of them multiple times so judgment is not biased to any one region.
Tough question. Alaska jumps to the front but that is a special trip that most don't do. Of the lower 48 nothing really jumps to the fore though the mountain states & Pacific Northwest together are the favourites. - rk911Explorer

What cities and states are your favorite to visit in your RV?
cities? towns and villages sure, but cities? anyway...custer, SD and just about anywhere in SD west of the Missouri but especially the black hills. - NanciLExplorer IIFlorida and Alaska

Being from the east coast and having camped in most of it, I'd say my favorite so far is Ca and the SW. It's so different from the east we enjoyed every place we went to, every turn brought something new. Given my druthers, we'd move to the west and spend the next 5 years exploring.
Lived in So CA for 40 years. Camped the desert almost every weekend in the winter. Natl forests in the summer. Never run out of places to go. In the winter in AZ or CA just pull off the road in the desert and camp. - WyoTravelerExplorer

No need to ask.......Oregon wins hands down :) Although I DO love Arizona!
OR & WA has some the best micro breweries in the country. In fact there is even an app to find them. - PadlinExplorerBeing from the east coast and having camped in most of it, I'd say my favorite so far is Ca and the SW. - DyngbldExplorerIf you are into history, Virginia is a great state to tour. I have been in most of the states, and everyone of them has good stuff to see and do. It all depends on what you are into. OR and WA are two of the 10 states I have not been too, but reading on this thread it sounds like they need to be visited. :)
- rfryerExplorerMy favorite cities are the ones I can bypass. State wise is a little tougher, although Colorado would rate at or very near the top. Likewise any of the western mountain states from Washington down through Utah. If I took the time to travel the eastern states along the Appalachians I’m sure I could add to the list. But I’ve found interesting places everywhere I’ve traveled. At the beginning of the year I traveled the south to Florida and into southern South Carolina and it was a fun trip. But flat land holds little attraction for me and can't hold my interest for long.
