I've been through this a couple of time in my life.....the Reagan era was one of those.
I've been watching "The Big Short" movie over and over this week. If you haven't seen it, it's a very good synopsis of the housing crash. I don't know if there's any abject fraud going on in this market, but our president seems to think the market and the economy should always be going up - like house values in 2005.
That frightens me.
