There's lots of action in the market right now. I just checked a chart of SPY and it looks like the famous "dead cat bounce". They say "Don't try to catch a falling knife". I've been in CDs for years and missed all the good times, but I'm thinking I will open a brokerage account and slowly get back in. The old "dollar cost averaging" theory. That's all the cliches I've got for now.
