Feel Safe on Freeway behind this guy?
Saw this in a Walmart Parking Lot yesterday.. Two Propane Tanks (full or empty?) just held in place by a single bungee cord... I would not follow this guy..

You should call 911 or highway patrol and let them know your concerns about a poorly secured load; that is if you know where the guy is now.
