Feel Safe on Freeway behind this guy?
Saw this in a Walmart Parking Lot yesterday.. Two Propane Tanks (full or empty?) just held in place by a single bungee cord... I would not follow this guy..

Well, if they were actually "mounted" anywhere it would be better than hooked to the top rack by a couple of elastic cords.
