Feel Safe on Freeway behind this guy?
Saw this in a Walmart Parking Lot yesterday.. Two Propane Tanks (full or empty?) just held in place by a single bungee cord... I would not follow this guy..

Some of you guys are missing the point if those tanks or cylinders had inert nitrogen in them and fell off the roof onto a road they could kill someone.
