Feel Safe on Freeway behind this guy?
Saw this in a Walmart Parking Lot yesterday.. Two Propane Tanks (full or empty?) just held in place by a single bungee cord... I would not follow this guy..

A red gas can with some water in it and attached with a loose bungee cord would make a better tailgater repellent.
