Weird attitude from the "I am more important or tougher" than you crowd. Does someone feel like more of a man or not "affraid" if they don't wear their seatbelt? On one hand there is this why care what others are doing but at the same time somehow more Fonzie tough if they take fewer precautions than someone else.
