This reminds me of the guy who built a 30amp plug in post, out of a 4x4 post and some extra wire.
He would come up to the Balsam Mt campground in the GSMNP, put his post up, throw the wire over into the bushes, and plug his camper into it.
In no time at all he would have someone asking him why he deserved power when no on else had it.
Or someone would be walking through the campground complaining.
Had one guy tell me he was not going to run his generator, he was going to plug into that post. I told him before he did he should take a good look at the bottom, it was sitting on the asphalt with 2x4 legs. He got over his anger real quick.
Make this guys day and go ask him about the chain.
No chains for me.
This works great at Quartzsite too. Mainly folks from California that take the bait.
