Winnebago class c fiberglass roof, was thinking of putting a uv protectant on after wash. Does anyone know if you can use a spray on? Manual only references washing with mild detergent does not menti...

Keeping it clean and waxed is an OK idea (but I would never bother waxing).
If you don't the gelcoat will get chaulky. It doesn't cause failure but it doesn't look shiny and you may get streaks down the side as a result. Once it gets chaulky, it's harder to bring back the shine and the shine lasts a shorter period of time...but I really don't care if it's shiny.
