I don't think you'll find anything that will work very well, that will be water proof and last. Shower pans are just not made to be used as bath tubs, unless they come with a higher lip to begin with.
Another thing you have to consider, your camper has only a 6 or 10 gallon water heater. That REALLY is not much water, even mixed with cold to make lukewarm water. You may get, at best 10 or 11 gallons of lukewarm water for a 6 gallon water heater.
But, if you still want to try the bathtub thing in your camper, a more practical way to test your idea, to test how much warm water you have available for a bath, is to simply put a tub that is big enough your child can fit in, yet small enough it will fit in the shower.
I love shopping at TSC (Tractor Supply Company). Looking at their web site, here's a suggestion: Click here. I suggest going to one of their stores and measure the dimension of the tub and make sure you can get it in the shower. If not, maybe you can find another farm implement dealer that sells cattle troughs or cattle feeders. They come in all shapes and sizes and from Rubbermaid rubber to aluminum. I bought a round tub for my sister to wash her dog in at home. She love it!
Good luck! (or ... just let your child take a shower. It's really a much easier solution).
