In California, I have a private garage that is 13x50 ft., 30 amp. The complex probably has 100 garages and is camera'd and has a manager in the office during business hours. I have a 'clicker' to get in the gate 24/7. I don't use the garage in the summer as it is too hot for storage but I keep the garage all year.
$400 per month.
In Tennessee, I have a spot in a huge warehouse type garage (100+ RV's, 5th wheels, TT'ers, antique cars) with 50 amp service. The space is very tight. Garage is camera'd and there is a manager on duty during business hours. Access is not 24/7 and closed on Sundays. If you want your unit on a Sunday, you have to put it in the secured outdoor lot prior to closing on Saturday. If you are returning on Sunday or after hours on any day, you have access to the secured lot with an access card. Then, the coach can be put away during business hours.
$300 per month.
