Went camping with some co-workers last year with a fire ban. I had one of those cheap little plastic LED candles (from dollar store) and set it out in the middle of our chairs. It was actually kind of cozy.
I'd call and ask if propane fires are OK. If so, bring a propane fire pit or stove so the little ones can have their toasted marshmallows.
If not, use LED "mood lighting" to provide a little light and bring some cookie dough and make cookies in the RV oven, heat up some hot cocoa and sit around the LED lights with throw blankets for everyone. Not the same as a campfire, but nice on its own merits.
