Happened in Michigan just off I-69 between Tekonsha (yes the place where the Prodigy Brake Controller was invented) and Marshall.. There is a rest stop on N/B I-69 that was closed for the longest time.. A few houses blew up from Natural Gas getting into the water supply... Beyond that (I lived a nice safe 2.something miles away) I can not tell you.. Been a long time since then (About 1970)
