I would get one extra extinguisher for around the kitchen, or perhaps one mounted outside on the back somewhere.
In reality, if a fire started, and it wasn't small enough that I could put it out at once safely, I'm grabbing people and pets in the vicinity and running. RVs can go up in seconds, and I'm not going to put my life in jeopardy.
