It's been a good while since I've been in there but Lodge used to sell not just dutch ovens but the whole shooting match for camp fire cooking.
Lehmans may have some. I've seen the hardware at Bass Pro, or at least some, in the past.
Too muh more to store and it's heavy and did I mention I'm lazy. I just find a stick or cut one which ever is easiest.
We do carry sandwich basket or whatever with long handle that you can cook a steak or two, over a fire and metal hot dog sticks or spears or something. Metal ain't the best idea. Nobody carries forked stick though. :)
Got a piece of rebar with a bend in it for stirring the ashes up or scooting logs around.
