A friend of mine was out in his yard and heard a strange beeping. He investigated and saw flames inside of his motor home. He grabbed the fire extinguisher and put a quick end to the potential disas...

Finally: IF the TV is going to flame on, or anyhthing else, Would you rather it happen, as it did to your friend, when the RIG is parked, vacant, in your yard, or in the middle of the night in the middle of a Camping trip when depending on just what flames on you might not wake up in time or even if you do the Rig is destroyed and your trip toast.
I'm a little confused by this post. If they were out camping wouldn't the smoke detector wake them up? Likely even sooner than he heard it from his yard? Wouldn't he still have grabbed an extinguisher and dealt with it?
