This whole mindset is confusing. I don't power off my entire home every time I run to the store and leave my house unattended. I don't unplug my TV or flip its breaker when I am not watching it at home. RV TVs have the same technology as home TVs, and are therefore just as likely to catch on fire.
That said... When we bought our camper used, there was an active recall on the touch panel of the microwave. They were known to turn on without permission. A technician was sent out for free to replace the panel, and until then I did unplug the microwave when not in use. However, it has been plugged in full time since.
