You don't have any tennant rights, that is the reason for short term rentals. Not sure about Florida law, but in most states stays less than 6 months do not fall under tennant/landlord rules, but under innkeeper laws. The park probably has every right to evict you without notice for violating their rules. Just because you were not aware of the rules, doesn't exempt you from them.
As for moving the guy's boat, to me that would be like moving a motorcycle that belonged to a Hell's Angel. Not a good idea.
Reading your post it sounds like you had several problem encounters with management. I don't know the extent of the problems, but at my parks we generally will make the same call if we have repeated incidents with a guest. Sometimes a park and a guest mix like oil and water. It may really be nobody's fault. They and you just have different expectations of what should and shouldn't go on. Maybe it is better for both parties that you go your seperate ways.
BTW, a petition is a very bad idea from the guest's point of view. It won't engender any favorable treatment for you and will put every person who signs it under the management's microscope. On the other hand, the park management would probably love to get the petition, it would be a great asset to have a list of people who had problems with the way the park was run, makes it much easier to weed them out.
