It sounds like you hit a crummy resort with even crummier staff! The way I see it you have two options;
1- Like ol' Jimmy says,"I gotta' stop *****in’ gotta' go fishin’" and treat this as a learning experience and roll with it,or,,,
2- Let one crummy resort who probably could care less about your business get the last giggle!
The real beauty about this thing we all do is theres ALWAYS another spot we haven't seen yet and resorts who treat their guests badly should remember the old Irish saying that goes "do a good job and they'll tell ten people,do a lousy job and they'll tell a hundred and you just told at least a hundred!
