Fishing on the Road while staying in a RV (help)

I am an East Texas Bass Fisherman, looking to do some traveling with my new RV. But...since I won't have a boat with me, and don't plan on hiring a guide, I am somewhat limited as to where I can go. ...

Fishing while RVing is not cheap: boats or guides and fishing licenses for each state gets expensive.

As full-timers, we chose to buy only one state fishing license a season and moved around that state for a couple months to get our use out of it.
