Although the investigating patrolman indicated the installation appeared to be correct and was extremely solid and secure. As an engineer, I know that nothing is fool-proof. Just curious but who is doing the "reviews" and hands on decision making if the hitch is in proper working order.
Has B&W requested the hitch be sent to them or are they going to let the B&W dealer in your area handle their end ??
