It's possible there are no pictures. I don't know that I would have the presence of mind to take pictures in the aftermath of an accident like this. I would be interested in the accident report and the results of any inquiry. I'm sure there would be one.
Considering the OP has only had this truck and trailer a month or two I'm leaning toward operator error, and he may be too embarrassed to post back about the determined cause of the separation. But I really, really would like the straight scoop on everything.
