The only thing offensive is the cavalier attitude so many Americans have about our flag and it use… either I have a great misunderstanding or it shows their lack of respect for its meaning and what it stands for…

My pride comes not from displaying the flag, but from those that served and sacrificed so much for my country now and then… I display the flag not to show my pride of country but to show my respect for those people that cared for the country and gave us the life and freedoms we enjoy so much still… there is a big difference… flying the flag is a ceremony not a decoration, a solemn act in respect not to be used to attract attention to ones self…
