Yes, your Tahoe can be flat towed, without any modification to the drive train. On the left side you have the 4wd control. There is a line there that shows you which 2 buttons to hold in simultaneously for 10± seconds and then it will shift into N and the red N light will illuminate. Once the transfer case is in N, place the transmission in P and release the E brake. You are now ready to tow.
