Flat wheel towing

You didn't specify auto or manual, new used or really what you want, car vs truck so its really hard to say what is good. I have a 94 ranger pu, was going to tow but it weighed in at almost 4000 lbs. Looked around at other stuff ended up with a 13 Hyundai Elantra at 2800lbs. Both are manual trans. Supposedly wifes honda accord could be towed but its a honda so we looked for alternatives. The hyundai is not expensive for a new vehicle has good storage room with rear seats down, get in the 30's for mileage and is maneuverable. SO you just need to know what you want or better explain your requirements.
