No lock is secure to a sufficiently motivated thief with a crowbar. But one thing will deter them - the possibility that somebody is watching. If I was a thief, I'd stay away from RV parks where other RVs are parked 10 or 20 feet away and there's only one road in/out with an office at the entrance. I'd look for a TT or 5er parked in the middle of nowhere with no tow vehicle in sight and no neighbors. Still no guarantee as there could still be somebody inside and possibly armed, but I'd think the odds were on my side.
Same reason I don't wander around late at night by myself in an unfamiliar downtown area where everything is closed and there's nobody on the street.
