Floor didn't make it through the winter

I can't help but seeing that crack leading away from the door wall. There also looked to be some wet debris in the track. Are there any screws in the bottom of that track? If so are any loose? Is there calking in the corners? Is it still there?

Just wondering if water got to the floor or framing and caused your problem? Is the floor solid or soft in spots?
