Manufacturers have floorplans. Individual sellers do not have the skiils nor tools to provide them. One consignment dealer I know of, PPL of Houston, has a tool to generate a generic, but useful, floorplan.
If you are shopping private sellers, you are expecting too much. Some sales tools are beyond the reach or skills of individuals.
I can usually deduce a floorplan from a decent set of interior photos, but many sellers do not provide even that much.
If the seller can't provide the information you need, whether manufacturer's model number (you have to do the homework from there), floorplan schematic, or photos, justpass. There will be other sellers with better sales skills.
