Look at the bright side, now maybe the insurance company will pay for your roof. If it's not too late, buy some plastic and cover all you furniture and valuables, in case of leaks. I was figuring, after 19 years, I was close to needing a new roof, when a large hail storm hit while I was in Florida over the winter. When I found-out many people were having their roofs replaced I called my insurance company and told them I didn't know if I had a problem or not. They had the roof inspected and totaled it, and paid to replace it. As the saying goes, I'd rather be lucky than good any time.
