Yes, because saying "ok waze, report accident" is such a freaking problem...
Ah, the app is open all the time and you don't have to bring it up, or mess with the phone in any way. Or pick up the phone from the seat, or dig it out of your pocket or purse. Like I said, just one more distraction.
