I just got to add, I really started getting irratated w/ people when Roseanne blew her chance at singing the national anthem. Since then, kids here in CA are being sent home because they have a shirt w/ the American flag on it (might disturb some Mexicans), home owners in gated communities not allowed to fly a flag in their front yards. You see places where the Mexican flag is flown over the American flag here in the USA. Where the flag is desecrated without any remorse??
I have to put up with the liberal do gooders, BS politicians of the day, which all scare me more than the terrorist!
Does flying the flag make me a better American? No! If you don't, does that make you less of an American? No! BUT you will get hell from me if it bothers you that I do!
Last comment, PVC for a flagpole?? Check out Polesandholders.com . Thought it was 25', but might be 22'. Anyway expandable up, very sturdy and comes w/ a 3x5 flag for around $50. Very good product!
