Flying J dumps station

I saw an idot at a KOA camp gound dump both tanks without a hose and drive away leaving a complete mess, I had to come back the next day, they had to close the area untill it was sanitized, have seen this behavior in other places.

If you see this take down the license plates and hand info to operators so that they might be able to do something to recoup fees for clen up.
