Flying J dumps station

I use the Pilot/Flying J just outside Lansing Mi on my way back from the races at MIS. They've charged now for a few years.

I just signed up for their rewards card and I can dump for 2 bucks.

I almost always dump before I hit the road, many roadside reststops on westcoast have free dumps sta. I suspect also Flyin J/Pilot began to charge when abuse reached unacceptable level.....believe it, I'v seen people dump without using a hose and then 'maybe' hose the area down............some attitudes & actions are just unexplained.

Probably by allowing the contents to spill on the ground and not cleaning it up.

The first time I used a Flying J for that was Sept 2011. They charged then.

Probably not putting the poop down the hole and all around the ground. They have to pay someone to clean it up.

How does one go about abusing a dump station?
