fm antenna for indoors

Did a couple searches but didn't find the answer.
I have an automotive type am fm cd player in my TT.
It didn't come with one from the factory.
I would like to be able to pick up fm radio, but don't like the idea of drilling holes through an otherwise leak free body.
Is there a simple antenna that will do this?
Thanks in advance.
  • Buy a regular car radio antenna and screw it on. It will work on the inside of the RV.

  • I know how to solder but don't have any equipment for it.
I assume the plug on the unit is rca type.
Is there an easy non solder hook up?
I was hoping there was a small antenna for this purpose.
  • the simplest antenna can be made with nothing more than a piece of twin-lead, available from your local hardware store.

Cut a piece 10 meters long and solder the conductors together at the ends. Then cut only only one conductor in the middle, then solder more twin-lead to those exposed wires. The free end of that connects to your radio antenna inputs.

Arrange the antenna in a right angle, corner in the center. This will make it omnidirectional. Place it as close to your ceiling as possible.

I've done this same thing for years in my home and other places.
