folding ladders from CW on sale, reviews please

We have been wanting a ladder to carry with our 25' TT. Clean off the slide etc. Looking at telescoping ladders but they are expensive considering we would only use it for camping. I have extension and step ladders at home base.

We ran across this ladder on sale.

Looks like it could be strapped to the top of the back bumper of the TT and be out of the way.

Anyone use one?

Would the weight likely be ok on the back bumper ( specs say 24.5 lbs ). ( it is just a bit too big to fit in a 4x4 post. We have nothing on the bumper now except the sewer hoses inside it.

Thanks

  • We have carried (and used) one for 5 years and I recommend it.

I can't speak to the weight on the rear bumper, since ours travels in the basement.

  • We've had one a couple years. Lightweight and strong enough for me (but I'm only 160 lbs). Really handy ladder. Watch out for finger pinching when you are opening it! The center of the steps can bite! I'd buy one again!
